I found Taylor's Auto & Detail on Google after searching for a shop that specializes in automotive electrical work. What stood out to me is how great the company Google reviews we're and also the feedback from the ownership. So I reached out last Thursday but didn't get an immediate answer but the answering machine said for faster services please text us. I shot them a message and sure enough I got a response within 20 mins. I explained my situation briefly to see if my issue was something they could handle and they said yes no problem. Scheduled my appointment with them for the upcoming Monday all through text. I was told my vehicle would need to be dropped off for a few hours, so I was already prepared to catch an Uber back home. Got to my appointment and was greeted by Zac. I told and showed him what my issue was and he listened and gave me my options and was very transparent about his services. I told him I could leave my vehicle but definitely need it back for work tmrw. He said no problem, better yet, let me take a look at the issue real quick before you spend money on an Uber. I went inside and sat for a few, next thing I know he called me outside just to have the problem

I’ve been in Savannah for about 8 years and have struggled to find a mechanic that I trust. Zach, DeAnna and their team were very thorough with everything they did for us, explained everything in layman’s terms, and were extremely honest with their assessment on what was going on with my wife’s car with zero pressure about what direction to go. Their pricing is also top notch too. Moving forward, I will only be taking my vehicles to Taylor’s Auto & Detail in Garden City. Go check them out for any of your car needs!

For the last two years, we have struggled with the A/C in our vehicle. We took it to a local repair shop and spent over $800, only to have the exact same issue return within 48 hours. We even had a friend take a look at it and do the best they could. It blew a little colder afterward, but it was still loud and not functioning properly. That repair cost us a steak dinner, so we couldn't complain too much! Since then, we just suffered through it. But with temperatures rising and a road trip to Denver coming up, we knew we had to get it fixed. We were hoping to find someone who was both affordable and capable of actually solving the problem. Thankfully, a friend referred us to Taylor's Auto and Detail, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Zach performed a thorough diagnostic and dug much deeper than anyone else had. He found the exact culprit and discovered a Technical Service Bulletin specific to our vehicle. Instead of recommending expensive parts or unnecessary repairs, he recalibrated the system, and just like that, it was fixed! What impressed us most was his honesty. I recently had my Jeep detailed inside and out for overseas export. They have a very long checklist at the drop off location on how clean the vehicles need to be, but Taylor’s Auto met all expectations and we were more than satisfied with the quality of work! Great service, very friendly, very meticulous in their work, and punctual. Highly recommend!

I recently got a used civic as my daily and wanted to get a regular mechanic to maintain it regularly and with care. Zach is the most straightforward and honest mechanic I’ve met. He’s super easy to talk to and get to know. His work is done on time and he communicates everything he does. He also tries to save your wallet when possible and gives you a priority list to follow in terms of what needs work first. He also does great discounts for students, military, etc! Just got my struts replaced at a reasonable price and I feel much safer on the road now with my new to me daily. He’s an experienced, retired military jet engine technician so he knows his stuff and won’t upsell you on things that don’t exist/you don’t need! Support small businesses and give Zach a call! I’m very lucky to have found this shop!
